Is ovulation calculation done well?
Ovulation calculation is based on your last grain day (SAT) and the length of your grain cycle. For example: If your menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, your ovulation time is Day 14 from the first day (SAT) of your last period. If your menstrual cycle is 26 days, the 12th day is your fertile ovulation day. If you see grains in 30-day periods, day 16 is your fertile ovulation day. You can use the ovulation calculator tool to calculate the most accurate fertile ovulation days. If your cycle lasts 28 days, your next period should start 28 days after the first day of your last period.
Your fertile window includes the day you ovulated and the previous five days, just keep in mind that the last three days of this time period are much more likely to get pregnant.

Another way to predict ovulation is the cervical mucus method. Cervical mucus is a fluid produced by and released from the uterus. Hormones cause the texture, volume, and color of your cervical mucus to change during your menstrual cycle. It can be used to determine when you are most fertile.
Before you ovulate (when your ovary releases an egg), your mucus is thick, white, and dry. Just before ovulation, cervical mucus becomes clear and wet. This consistency makes it easier for sperm to swim to meet an egg during ovulation. If you want to get pregnant, this type of discharge tells you that your fertile time has come.
Cervical mucus can tell you when you are fertile or likely to become pregnant.
